We will set goals for the caller to reach each week or month and the system will track their performance and effectiveness. This report will be presented to you at every update meeting, so there’s less guesswork involved in you evaluating their efforts.

We will also have the SDR do a self-assessment. This will provide insight into what they need to improve on, and we’ll use their answers (and ours) to shape their training strategy.
